How to configure outgoing SMS messages for an IoT and M2M SIM card

Log in to the IoT Portal (IoT Things Mobile Cloud Platform), enter the details of the desired SIM card in the "List of SIM cards" in the menu on the left, and select "Disable outgoing SMS service" from the options available in the top menu.
